10th INTERNATIONAL GAY VOLUNTEER RECRUITING IN PERU
The International Gay Voluntter Recruiting is an annual programme of recruiting gay twinks to serve in our international gay volunteer service in Peru. This volunteer work is in charge of gay camps and gay pajama parties and other gay events to take in Peru between May 2010 and April 2011.

Volunteers do not get any payment for their service. However, they receive an economical compensation by monthly activity. That compensation is nearly to 210 €uros or much more per month according to volunteer merits. Benefits includes subsidized training, college scholarships and interships. Volunteers with high merits could get the supporting of a mecenas/mentor/patron according to the Civil Code and related laws in Peru and overseas.

The gay boot camp is the best activity to screening and select better candidates for our volunteer service. This is a serious, competitive and eliminatory event where candidates show their talents and skills in several tests during the pre-camp activities as well as camp time.

Theses candidates are frecuently eligible for career positions if they get high merits during their year of volunteer work. Career positions are really employment opportunities we give to volunteers with exceptional performance and distinguished service.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS TO BECOME A PRE-CANDIDATE:
A pre-candidate must:

• Be a Peruvian or Foreign with legal residence in Peru.
• Be a gay twink aged between 16 and 29.
• Be a discreet, male gay guy being in-, partially out-, or out-of-closet.
• Be physically and mentally health as well as fit without any illness and disabled condition.
• Be slim/skinny or thin and toned body build with 4-to-6 abs.
• Have a smooth and hairless body.
• Have a bent or chooked endowment upwards of more than 18 cm-long.
• Have a height between 1,50 m. and 2,20 m. [1].
• Have a weight proportional with your height [1].
• Master English and Spanish languages in advance or intermediate level.

APPLICATION DOCUMENTS:
A pre-candidate must send us by email the following personal documents before pre-registration deadline date:

• Handwritten and signed cover letter explaining the candidature reasons. Wrote in only one page of a A4 size sheet. Scanned to PDF format.
• Up-to-date, computer typed curriculum vitae with personal data (identification and general data, education background of secondary and tertiary education, certificates – diplomas – awards, references. In PDF format.
• 4-to-8 digital photographies at present. In JPEG or PNG format.
• Documento Nacional de Identidad (DNI) delivered by Registro Nacional de Identificación y Estado Civil del Perú (RENIEC) or Carné de Extranjería delivered by Dirección General de Migraciones y Naturalización del Perú (DIGEMIN) scanned front and back sides in JPEG or PNG format. Alien passport scanned in personal data and visas sheets in JPEG or PNG format.
• Certifications, certificates, licenses, permits, and awards. In JPEG or PNG format.

CAMP DATES:

• Thursday 1 thru Sunday 4 April 2010.

CAMP VENUES & PARTICIPANTS:

• Nauta, Iquitos (Loreto Region, Peru) for local and foreign residents in the Loreto Region who are candidates to the International Gay Volunteer Service. Capacity: 150 participants.
• Santa Rosa de Chontay, Huarochirí (Lima Provincias Region, Peru) for local and foreing residents in Lima Metropolitan Region who are candidates to the International Gay Volunteer Service. Capacity: 150 participants.

   • S/. 150 Nuevos Soles per Candidate aged between 16 and 25.
   • S/. 180 Nuevos Soles per Candidate aged between 26 and 29.

[2] The camp fee is not refunded nor transferred at any time by any cause. It covers all expenses of transfers between Iquitos and Nauta or Jockey Plaza and Santa Rosa de Chontay, food and beverages, camp equipments and materials. It does not include the personal equipment and camp goods that each candidate must care.

[3] This activity includes medical exam, psichological tests, academic exams, pshysical aptitude examination, and personal interviews and counselor meeting which are subsidized in all.

2. Dates and venues of gay camps and gay pajama parties are reference ones because they could be changed without notice owing to social conflicts, natural disasters, weather, narcoterrorism attacks, wars, strikes, and other circumstances belonging to our will and programmes.


3. All gaycamp or gay pajama party registration deadline date could be closed before the mentioned date in the advertising of the event owing to there are not more places.

Las fechas y los lugares de los campamentos y pijamadas son referenciales y pueden cambiar sin previo aviso ocasionados por conflictos sociales, desastres naturales, inclemencias del tiempo, incursiones narcoterroristas, guerras, huelgas, u otras circunstancias ajenas a nuestra voluntad y a lo programado por nosotros.


3. Las inscripciones de cada campamento o pijamada se cierran en la hora y la fecha indicadas en el respectivo aviso del evento. De completarse todos los espacios, las inscripciones podrían cerrarse mucho antes de la fecha indicada sin previo aviso.
